I appreciated the hotel's funky decor and convenient location near key attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient (thanks to them I managed to arrange transportation easily). I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink at the bar and a tasty flatbread pizza. The reusable water bottle in the room was a thoughtful touch, and I continue to use it.
The hand soap placement by the sink was a bit awkward. The sink got quite wet each time I washed my hands.

The front desk staff assisted with arranging transportation. Bar staff was friendly and helpful, promptly serving welcome drinks. Restaurant staff ensured efficient service, they delivered food in a timely manner.

The room featured a comfortable bed, effective air conditioning. a hot and strong shower. Toiletries smelled great (a small detail, but it matters). A reusable water bottle was provided, promoting sustainability.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary drinks, a VERY nice touch! The location felt pretty good, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
The ubiquitous 'resort tax' seemed unjustifiied. I also discovered room service happens only every other night which was disappointing.

The hotel had a cool lighted bar. I got a free drink token. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. There was also delicious food in the bistro.

The hotel is in a good area. It's within walking distance of the Space Needle. It is also close to the monorail. THE monorail will take you downtown.

The rooms were very spacious. They were also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I noticed lovely, luxurious, cozy bedding. The room had a fridge and a microwave.

The staff were always smiling and helpful. I saw they were always ready to help with questions. The front desk staff seemed very attentive. The whole experience was amazing.

The location was convenient for visiting the space needle. several museums were also within a reasonable walking distance. the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I appreciated that.
there was a lack of food options available late at night. the hotel did not have a vending machine for drinks. i found the food quality and selection at the restaurant to be subpar.
